Which Side Are You On, Cindy McCain?

We've always been proud of Cindy McCain's efforts to help foster equality for all as a political wife. She's been heavily involved in many equality groups and even recently starred in an anit-bullying PSA for the NOH8 campaign.
That's why we were super confused when we read this tweet from Cindy, saying:

Spotted: Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough strolling through Paris on Tuesday with Ryan's parents.

So cute! Love that it's a family affair.
